What exactly is a HERO DAY?
A HERO DAY is a focused block of my time - either a full day, two-day, or multi-day sprint - dedicated entirely to your business. We work on your chosen priorities inside HighLevel, whether that’s building funnels, automations, websites, AI bots, or providing training. It’s efficient, high-impact, and results-driven.
What can we get done in one day?
Quite a lot! A HERO DAY is structured and streamlined to get meaningful results fast. In a full day, we can typically complete tasks like:
A full sales funnel
Email automation setup
CRM optimization and tagging
A lead magnet + nurture sequence
Every business is different, so we’ll scope it out in advance to ensure realistic goals.
How much does it cost?
A full HERO DAY starts at £1000. I’ll spend that time fully dedicated to transforming your business inside HighLevel.
Two-day and multi-day options are also available depending on the scope of work. This pricing reflects not just time spent, but decades of expertise, strategic thinking, and fast implementation.
What's included in a HERO DAY?
Once we decide the project to be worked and choose a suitable date you'll receive:
Hero Homework - I'll provide you will a list of items that I'll require in order to complete the task. This could be login details, website copy, logos, branding etc.
A 45 minute kick-off call, which happens a week or so before the HERO DAY, in order to review your homework and set expectations.
7 hours of work on the day of intensive. I require you to be available for contact via a messaging platform of your choice to give timely feedback if any questions arise.
1 hour post-intensive follow for any last minute changes/edits/corrections.
30 days of post-intensive email support, so that you can ask questions about how to make changes to the work going forward.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking?
Not at all. During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals and challenges. I’ll help you identify the most valuable use of your HERO DAY so we’re focused and aligned before we begin.
If you already know what you want me to work on, then great!
Is this only for HighLevel users?
Mostly, yes. My work is centred around the HighLevel platform, but I often integrate tools like Zapier, Calendly, Stripe, Facebook, and more. If you're not sure whether it’s a fit, just reach out and ask.
What if the project is too big to be finished in a day?
No problem. We can discuss how many days will be needed for the project, and you can book multiple Hero Days. Or you can start with one day and add on as needed.
Can I book multiple days in advance?
Absolutely. In fact, some projects benefit from 2–3 days booked upfront. This gives us time to build and refine a full system - especially if we’re working on websites, advanced automation, or course/membership setups.
