How does the retainer work?
You choose a monthly package (Starter, Growth, or Scale), and that gives you a set number of hours that I dedicate exclusively to your business each month. You’ll get priority in my schedule, and I’ll be on hand for updates, builds, strategy, or support - whatever you need most.
What kind of work can I use my retainer hours for?
Almost anything in my skill set - websites, funnels, automations, HighLevel setup, AI integrations, consulting or team training. The hours are flexible so we can adapt each month based on your priorities.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Retainers work on a “use it or lose it” basis. This keeps projects moving and ensures I have consistent availability for you each month.
What if I need more time than my retainer includes?
You’ll have the option to book additional hours at my standard day/hourly rate. Or, if you find you regularly need more, we can upgrade you to the next retainer tier.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, the minimum term is 3 months. This gives us time to build momentum and deliver real results. After that, it moves to a rolling monthly agreement.
What if I only have small jobs?
That’s fine - retainers are perfect for quick tweaks, updates, or smaller ongoing tasks. Instead of waiting to batch things together, you’ll know I’m available every month to take care of them.
How is a retainer different from hiring a freelancer on demand?
With a retainer, you’re securing guaranteed time in my schedule every month. That means no waiting, no competing for availability, and a trusted partner who already knows your business.
Can I cancel if it’s not working out?
After the initial 3-month period, yes - you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
