How does the retainer work?

You choose a package — Essential, Growth, or Scale — and I become your dedicated HighLevel partner for that month. You get priority access to my time, proactive support, and the peace of mind that your system is always being looked after.

What kind of work is included?

Funnels, automations, HighLevel setup and optimisation, AI integrations, email sequences, landing pages, and general system improvements. If it lives inside HighLevel, it's covered.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, the minimum term is 3 months. This gives us time to understand your system properly and deliver real results. After that it moves to a rolling monthly agreement.

What if I need more work done than my package includes?

Additional work can be quoted as a standalone project. Or if you find you consistently need more, I can move you up to the next tier.

What if I only have small jobs?

Perfect - that's exactly what retainers are for. Rather than batching things up or waiting until something breaks, you'll have someone available every month to keep things ticking over.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer on demand?

With a retainer you're securing guaranteed priority access every month. No waiting, no re-briefing someone from scratch, and a partner who already knows your business inside out

Can I cancel if it’s not working out?

After the initial 3-month period, yes - you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
